1. Overview

Linkr (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a Chrome extension and web application that automates LinkedIn outreach on behalf of users. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
  • LinkedIn session data: The extension reads your LinkedIn CSRF token (from your browser session) solely to authenticate outreach actions. We do not store your LinkedIn password or full session cookies on our servers.
  • Campaign and lead data: LinkedIn profile URLs and publicly available profile information (name, company, title) that you import or that is retrieved during campaign execution.
  • Usage data: Actions taken (connections sent, profiles visited, follows) logged for campaign analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns you configure.
  • To display campaign analytics in your dashboard.
  • To manage your subscription and billing via Stripe.
  • We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Chrome Extension Data

The Linkr Chrome extension:

  • Reads your LinkedIn JSESSIONID cookie only to extract a CSRF token for API authentication. This value is used in-memory and not transmitted to our servers.
  • Injects scripts into linkedin.com tabs to perform outreach actions using your active session.
  • Stores your Linkr API key locally in Chrome storage to authenticate with the Linkr backend.
  • Does not use remote code. All extension logic is bundled in the installed package.

5. Data Retention

Campaign and lead data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account from the settings page.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Supabase — database hosting. Data stored in the US.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@evokemedia.io.
